Signature Two-Day Retreat
Full immersive transformation experience

Escape to the Blue Mountains for a soulful women’s retreat experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and emotionally reset.

Enjoy two peaceful days filled with mindfulness and wellness moments at the beautiful Fairmont Resort and Ubika Day Spa Yoga Room. Experience a beautifully curated dining experience, immersive wellness sessions, peaceful nature walks, shared spa and pool access, calming mindfulness practices, and meaningful moments of connection in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Alongside quiet reflection and gentle mindfulness, there will also be active rhythmic moments for those of us who love to feel energised, uplifted, grounded, and completely on top of the world for a little while too.

Please note, there was originally the option to choose between the one day retreat experience or the two day immersive retreat experience. However, due to the high level of interest in the overnight experience, I have decided to continue offering the two day retreat option


Day 2 

Day 2 - Continue your rejuvenation moment- We will begin with morning wellness moments at the resort - spa, followed by a day out at Leura Village for some window shopping - cafe's and connection moment or simply stay back at the resort and checkout when you

want to.

 

This optional you may like to remain at the resort to continue your wellness - mindfulness journey.

This is more of an intimate retreat experience with only 20 places available, designed to maintain depth, connection, and a high-quality experience for every participant. Once fully reserved, a waitlist will be opened, and future retreats will be released in the months that follow.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a private message or an email with your full retreat itinerary and all essential details to support your preparation for this joyful experience.

Throughout the immersive retreat experience, space will be created for mindfulness practices, quiet reflection, breath-work, floor stretching, and gentle active rhythm engagement, offering calming moments that support presence, emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner stillness and connection to the present moment.

Other grounding experiences throughout the retreat will include painting-art therapy, wellness activities, meaningful conversations, and calming restorative moments designed to support your emotional wellbeing, inner balance, and overall sense of peace and connection.

 

You will begin to realise that you often have far more control over your happiness than you may think, because when the mind slows down and the heart feels supported, life can start to feel much clearer.

Who This Retreat May Not Be For

 

The Inner Balance Women's Retreat is intentionally designed as a calm, supportive, alcohol free environment (non-alcohol event), where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful connection with others. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, late nights, loud entertainment, or a high energy social getaway, this retreat may not be the right fit for you.

 

My retreats focuses on mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, wellness experiences, reflection, meaningful conversations, relaxation, and creating space for inner peace. 

 

I aim to create an environment that feels safe, welcoming, respectful, and supportive, much like a family - where kindness, compassion, and consideration for others are valued.

 

This retreat is for women who are open to slowing down, nourishing themselves from the inside out, embracing moments of stillness, and returning home feeling calmer, rejuvenated, and more connected to themselves and life.

 

Every activity is optional, and women are encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for their individual needs.

I Nadia Shmeissem will be sharing a brief of some personal life moments - moments of learning - hardships which taught me life lessons, I should call these treasures. My own personal mindfulness techniques which have supported me through many chapters of my own life. One of the greatest sources of strength in my life has been staying connected to my spiritual side and maintaining daily conversations with God. It is through faith, hope, gratitude, community and compassion-love, and trust that I have found meaning, comfort, guidance, and the courage to keep moving forward through life's many ups and downs.

While this space shares a little about my journey, it is truly about supporting women in reconnecting with themselves, their wellbeing, their inner balance, and the parts of themselves that life sometimes asks us to place aside for far too long.

 

Some reminders to help us stay on track on the strong manageable path - path of life...

 

Know that human behaviour often follows the condition of the inner world...

 

Our heart is the vehicle of life…

A neglected heart often seeks distraction...

 

A wounded heart may seek validation...
 

A peaceful heart tends to create peaceful actions...

 

So the work of the heart is not passive emotion, it is a daily practice.

 

 

A woman protects her light when she:

 

  • speaks truth without fear - assertiveness matters a lot!

Throughout the immersive retreat experience, I will be working closely alongside you through mindfulness practices, moments of stillness and a quiet silent reflection and active rhythm engagement- learning to anchor your attention, slow your brainwaves, and calm your nervous system learning to focus on the moment. Grounding experiences, wellness activities, meaningful conversations, and calming restorative experiences designed to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and inner balance.

I truly look forward to supporting you throughout your Inner Balance Journey. The ripple effect of women supporting women, encouraging one another, and growing together is something I deeply believe in and hope to continue creating through these experiences.

I forgot to mention something important... 🌹

Every couple of weeks, I gift myself flowers, roses, or something simple from nature that brings me joy. I’ve learnt not to always wait for someone else to create those small moments of happiness for me. For me, it has become part of self care, slowing down, appreciating beauty, and gently nourishing my inner world 🤍

Sometimes happiness can begin in the smallest rituals.

What is something you do for yourself?

There comes a time to give yourself back the care, energy, and compassion that may have been lost while constantly giving to others.

For the moments you wanted to say no but said yes. The times you stayed too long, gave too much, or slowly lost parts of yourself trying to keep everyone else comfortable. The moments you felt emotionally drained, unheard, overwhelmed, or found it difficult to let go.

 

Now, this is your time to gently return to yourself.

A time to reconnect with your inner strength, your peace, and the version of you that deserves to feel grounded, supported, and emotionally free again. You have more power over your happiness, healing, and emotional wellbeing than you may realise, and sometimes the first step is simply giving yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself again.

You have the power to choose healing, choose growth, and choose a healthier relationship with yourself and your wellbeing, and I will be there to support you throughout that journey.

Spend the day surrounded by the presence and support of other women while enjoying moments of stillness and connection through the spa, pool, peaceful walks, quiet journalling, sitting beside the pond, a gentle game of pool-snooker, art-therapy or simply allowing yourself to rest without pressure or expectation.

Enjoy a beautiful lunch, meaningful conversations, and the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a calming and supportive environment.

This experience is not about pressure or perfection. It is about giving yourself permission to pause, breathe deeply, feel supported, and reconnect from the inside out.
