The weekly, Nadia's group coaching program is coming up soon

A little more about my journey...
I am Nadia Shmeissem,
I am a Personal & Leadership Coach for Women. I have been working with the public for over 28 years and for almost 9 years I was involved in adult teaching/mentoring supporting women with their education journey - helping them transition into their career path. I was more than their teacher, we connected on a personal and professional level. I supported their growth - helped them get off the ground and believe in their dreams and know that everything is possible.
My mission is to help other women to rise with clarity, confidence, compassion and faith.
Make the impossible possible Connect and Grow Your wellbeing matters!

I began my career in government customer service, spending 12 years there before realising I wanted more. I reduced my work hours, moved into Early Childhood, and began studying. a path that led me from early childhood educator to primary school teacher since 2010.
In 2015, another shift happened. I joined TAFE NSW as an Adult Educator/Trainer and Assessor, a role I held for nearly nine years while also casually teaching in schools and running my own Education Centre, now in its ninth year.
I’ve been mentoring and supporting others in my different job roles for almost 30 years (Customer service/leadership - Teaching industry (all ages) and a Business owner). Becoming a Qualified Life Coach - receiving my Practitioner of Coaching in 2025 - felt like a natural next step, Growth never really stops. Along the way I’ve helped my husband renovate more than five properties. To add to the story of growth, my family and I spent time on the ground in Zamboanga in the Philippines in 2018 supporting the local community for over a week. That's right we need to fill our own cup before we try to fill everyone else’s. Honestly this had a huge impact on our life and how we choose to continue to live. My children are revisiting those foundational moments, my son just returned from a 10day on ground with the Indonesian community supporting those in need - filling his cup too. My daughter is continuously involved in volunteer work with the humanitarian orgs. I am a proud mum of two. They both know that gratitude is the key to success and contentment.
A little backstory, I was born in Australia, moved overseas, then returned at the age of nine - fled the war as we nearly lost my mother while bullets flew past our home. Starting over in a new place certainly shaped my resilience, my values, my curiosity and the way I show up for women today.
With 30 years of life lessons behind me, I’m here to support women seeking clarity, direction, and growth. I want to help you discover your strengths, turn challenges into stepping stones, and step confidently into your next chapter.
Your transformation starts now
Lets Go!
