With Nadia
"I create a safe space for women to slow down, be heard, reflect, reconnect and discover their own next step."
Sometimes we don't need someone to tell us what to do. We need someone who will listen, help us see things differently, and walk beside us while we find our way forward.
Some conversations with me might look like...

"I feel like I've lost myself."

You might be thinking:
"I'm doing everything for everyone else, but I don't even know what makes me happy anymore."

A conversation with me might look like:
We slow things down. We explore what's been taking your energy, what you've been missing, and what would help you reconnect with yourself again.

The reminder:
You don't have to completely change your life to start feeling different. Sometimes you begin by giving yourself permission to pause.
"I can't switch off."

"Even when I have time to relax, my mind keeps going."

We explore simple ways to create moments of
stillness, breath-work, mindfulness experiences, walking, movement, nature and creating boundaries around your time. Many relative conversations-coaching moments.

Sometimes your mind doesn't need another answer. It needs space.

1. We talk.
You tell me what's happening in your world. No judgement. No pressure.

2. We explore.
Together, we look at what's weighing on you, what you want to change and what may be keeping you stuck.

3. We find your next step.
You leave with clarity around one or two practical things you can begin doing.

4. You don't have to figure it all out alone.
Depending on what you need, that might mean several virtual online coaching sessions or face to face sessions (only several parts of NSW). You might like to attend my Walks & Mindfulness workshops or upcoming Retreats.

"I'm exhausted from trying."

She was tired of always being the one trying to make the relationship work.
Tired of the disrespect.
Tired of the same conversations.
Tired of giving, forgiving and hoping things would change.
She was at the point of thinking, "Maybe I just need to give up."

But sometimes, before making a life-changing decision, we need to slow down and really listen to ourselves. And sometimes, we need to have those deep, honest conversations with our partners.

To be able to say:
"This is how I'm really feeling."
"This is what is hurting me."
"This is what needs to change."
Real problems need real conversations.

That doesn't mean every relationship can or should be saved. But sometimes understanding what needs to change-and whether both people are willing to do the work, can bring clarity.

So we explored what she was feeling, what she needed, what was within her control, and what she wanted her relationship and life to feel like moving forward. Sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need a safe space to slow down, be heard, and find your own clarity. You don't have to have all the answers today.
Pause. Breathe. Talk. Listen. And begin finding your way back to yourself.

"I've been in the same job for over 20 years... but I know there's more for me."

This is a conversation I'm currently having with a woman I'm coaching. She's been comfortable in her job for more than 20 years.

She knows the role. She knows what to expect. But deep down, she also knows something else...She has so much more to offer. She wants a change, but fear keeps getting in the way.

"What would I do?"
"Where would I even start?"
"What if I can't do it?"
"Is it even possible for me?"

Before she's even taken the first step, her mind has already built the roadblocks.
And I understand that feeling
I was once there too. I spent 12 years feeling stuck, slowly believing that perhaps this was just where I was meant to stay. Finding my way out didn't happen overnight, it took time, it took hard work, it took commitment. And it took following through when staying comfortable would have been easier.
That's why my coaching isn't about simply telling women what they should do. I use different strategies, questions and perspectives to help women look at their lives differently. And yes...we have fun with it too! Sometimes a conversation can open a door you didn't even know was there. You start looking at an old situation from a completely different angle.
You discover a strength you had forgotten about. You see an opportunity you hadn't considered. One idea leads to another...And before you know it, you're beginning to walk down a path you never even imagined was available to you. That's the beauty of having someone in your corner. You don't necessarily need someone to give you all the answers. Sometimes you need someone to help you see the possibilities. To challenge the thoughts that are keeping you stuck. To help turn the overwhelming into something achievable. And to remind you that you are capable of taking the next step.
You don't have to know the whole path. Maybe you're not ready to leave your job tomorrow and that's okay. Your first step might simply be exploring what's possible. Identifying your strengths, researching an idea or having a conversation and finally giving yourself permission to believe that your life could look different.
Change takes time, effort, commitment and follow-through but it can begin with one conversation. One new perspective. One small step. And sometimes...one person who believes there's more possible for you than you can currently see.

Can I also end with one last thing here...You can have a real job which you dislike for a short period to get you through that moment but alongside this make sure you have at least a one day a week casual job that you really enjoy, to balance things out until you figure things out - You will never look back!

Not sure where to start?
Let's have a conversation.
Every story has something to teach us...

Storytelling can be incredibly uplifting. Our experiences, our challenges, our turning points and even the chapters we'd rather forget can shape who we become. I have many stories to share with you...And I'm sure you have stories of your own. Stories of where you've been. What you've overcome. What you've learned. And perhaps where you're hoping to go next. I can't wait to hear them. Because sometimes, when we share our stories, we realise something beautiful: We're not as alone as we thought we were. And sometimes another person's story is exactly what we needed to hear to help us see our own life a little differently.

Of course there's a way out...

Maybe you can't see the whole road yet.
Maybe you don't even know where to begin.
But you don't have to figure out the entire journey today.
You need one safe conversation.
One honest realisation.
One small step.
And the right support around you.

“What is one small step you are genuinely willing to take this week?”
What if you allowed yourself to have the conversations you've been holding inside?
What if you gave yourself permission to ask for help?
What if you spent a little time in quiet conversation with God-sharing honestly what you're feeling, asking for strength, guidance and peace?
And what if you started practising kindness towards yourself, rather than criticising yourself for struggling?
Maybe it's not about fixing everything at once.
Maybe it's about discovering more choices.

“What else could help me through this moment?”
Because sometimes the first step towards finding a way out isn't knowing exactly where you're going. It's simply realising:

“I don't have to keep coping in the same way forever.”

When Saying Yes to Everyone Means Saying No to Yourself

We can work on practical ways to communicate your needs, create healthier boundaries, manage the guilt that can come with saying no, and start making choices that feel more aligned with the life you actually want.
And we don't have to make it heavy.
We'll talk.
We'll question.
We'll challenge old thinking.
We'll look at situations from different perspectives.
We'll have some laughs along the way.
And together, we'll start opening doors you may not have realised were there.

Who would you become if you no longer needed everyone to approve of your choices?

"I have everything... so why don't I feel alive?"

I can speak about this one from experience.
There was a time in our lives when we were financially comfortable, but somehow we felt robbed of so many of the things that actually made us feel alive.

We had almost everything but almost nothing internally....
Something huge was missing.

Connection.
Purpose.
Meaning.
That feeling of doing something that truly mattered.
So we decided to step away from our everyday lives and spend time doing humanitarian work along with our two children overseas, in the Philippines and Zamboanga.

I would call this a life changing moment for my entire family...

My daughter Zahra (many years ago), at the age of 9 on the ground - learning to give those in need - understanding the purpose of life.

My son Adam at the age of 23 continues the legacy - travelling overseas strictly for humanitarian work.
"Mum, this work really heals my soul whenever I am feeling quite low."
And something happened that I didn't expect. It brought us back to the ground. It reminded us that joy isn't always found in having more. Sometimes it's found in giving more of ourselves. Our time, our attention, our kindness and our presence.
We came home with a completely different perspective on what we thought we needed to be happy. And what makes this story even more special to me is that my children carried that experience with them. They're adults now, and they continue that spirit of giving in their own lives. My son once said to me: "Mum, this work really heals my soul whenever I'm feeling quite low." Now he has his own friends involved in this humanitarian work too. And I think that says everything.
Sometimes when we feel disconnected from life, we need to reconnect with something bigger than ourselves. It might be serving others. It might be simplifying our lives. It might be stepping away for a while. It might be having meaningful conversations. It might simply be slowing down enough to ask ourselves: "What actually makes me feel alive?"
Please know this isn't about pretending life's difficulties don't exist. And it's certainly not about replacing professional help when someone is struggling with depression or serious mental-health concerns. It's about recognising that connection, purpose, gratitude, movement, meaningful relationships and giving back can all become important parts of a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
I sometimes call my philosophy: "Demolish depression before it demolishes you."Not by pretending everything is okay. But by noticing when we're withdrawing from life and finding healthy ways to reconnect-with ourselves, with others, with purpose, with nature, with faith and with the things that make us feel truly human.
Because sometimes...the life we need isn't necessarily bigger. Maybe it needs to be simpler. More meaningful. More connected. More intentional. And sometimes finding your way back begins when you stop asking, "What more can I have?" and start asking..."What more can I give?"

Make Gratitude be a big part of your life and watch your flourish with peace and contentment!
