About the event
Rise Through Motherhood is a supportive, face to face workshop for women navigating the prenatal and postnatal seasons. This is a space to slow down, feel supported, and prepare for the changes that come with motherhood, without pressure or comparison.
During the workshop, you will experience:
Gentle breathwork to feel calm and grounded
Open discussion with a woman who has lived this season
Guidance and insight from a health professional
Shared storytelling in a supportive women only space

As women and mothers, we often place everyone else before ourselves. The truth is, we must learn to care for ourselves first. The sooner we begin nurturing our mind, body, and inner world, the more life starts to feel lighter, calmer, and more meaningful. When we feel emotionally balanced and supported within ourselves, we are able to continue supporting others with more love, joy, patience, and presence, without feeling constantly exhausted or depleted.
One of the greatest intentions behind my workshops, retreats, and online group coaching experiences is to create a ripple effect of women supporting women.
I truly believe that when women feel supported rather than judged, connected rather than isolated, and empowered rather than overlooked, we begin creating stronger homes, healthier relationships, and a more compassionate society for future generations.
